If this is your first IV appointment, please book as a New Client Consultation. Your visit includes an individual clinical assessment to determine suitability, with treatment recommendations made where clinically appropriate.

Settle into a comfortable, relaxed environment while one of our experienced registered nurses guides you through your IV experience. Each IV formulation is individually prepared following a consultation and prescribing process, ensuring your treatment is tailored to your individual circumstances. During your infusion, take time to unwind with a cup of our signature Blue Zone tea, or simply switch off while your treatment is administered. If you feel a little cool during your infusion, we'll happily provide a cosy blanket to keep you comfortable. If you're visiting us for the first time, your appointment will begin with a one-on-one consultation with one of our registered nurses. This allows us to understand your health history, lifestyle and wellbeing goals before your consultation is reviewed by our prescribing practitioner and a personalised IV formulation is recommended. Please allow 40–70 minutes for your IV appointment. New client appointments may take up to 90 minutes, including your initial consultation and prescribing process.
